STAY FIT by BOOSTING METABOLISM.

Hello beautiful people ! Today you’re about to learn how to change and boost your metabolism and make it naturally high. If you’ve wondered why your workouts or diet fail then understand your metabolism first and please follow all the tips that I’m sharing in today’s blog till the end. You’ll notice a huge change in your body tone and your weight loss within weeks and all of this without going on any crash diet overworking yourself while you exercise.

So, what is metabolism? Metabolism is a process where your body will capture and absorb all the nutrients and vitamins from the food you eat and it converts it and burns energy to perform anything that your body does. I don’t starve and yet I’ve managed to keep my metabolism pretty high with the new stay home life, keeping yourself healthier and keeping your immunity stronger has become more important than ever before.

Welcome to - Live Bold And Bloom With Ishika.

If your metabolism is low, your immunity will be low too. Your body won’t be able to absorb all the vitamins and nutrients from the food. So you may exercise and eat the same as your friend but if she still looks slimmer and fitter whereas you gain weight and wonder why then it is because her metabolism is better, meaning her body is able to burn more calories even while she’s resting. If you’ve low metabolism you’ll gain weight faster and it’ll take you longer to lose that weight. So, here are my tips..

#1. Stress less - We have been led to believe that if you exercise more your weight and health will improve. Apparently, if you don’t enjoy a certain kind of workout it can cause stress and guess what ? You almost never see people losing weight if they are stressed. When you’re stressed your body produces a stress hormone called cortisol. Cortisol level changes in your body when you’re stressed making it more difficult for you to lose weight. So, instead cultivate stress bursting ways to exercise. Indulge in weight training, yoga or dancing or whatever you like. Weight training for me worked amazingly and I really enjoy the form of workout. I’ve been following this one tip for a while and I see a huge improvement in my energy and my metabolism on the whole. You can learn about wide range of approaches to improve your lifestyle, wellness and your physical and mental health.

#2. Sleep more - Lack of sleep also causes cortisol to rise which triggers your body to save the energy that you need to get you through your sleep-deprived day and guess what is your body’s preferred fuel source for storing for storing energy -fat. Not enough sleep also affects your brains decision-making ability. You willpower goes flying out of the window. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep and you can’t aim your temptations. There are enough evidences that say people who work in night shifts tend to gain a lot more weight.

#3. Say no to low fat diets - Tip number-3 is going to make a lot of you happy. Low fat diets and try to eat less actually makes you weaker and slows your metabolism. Your body expects a certain amount of energy to operate your whole system and with low calorie diet it does gets sufficient energy. Instead try this - I believe in portion control and sticking to a meal routine, which means if I eat my three meals say at 8:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m and 6:30 p.m with two snacks in between then I like to stick to those timings because when you don’t eat at regular intervals your body doesn’t know when the next meal is coming so it starts holding on to those calories now this slows your metabolism because it doesn’t know when the next source of energy is coming. But when you eat at regular intervals your body knows that it has three hours to burn all of that energy and utilise it to boost every part of your body, your brain, your hair, your skin, your muscles everything. Eating at regular intervals also ensures that you don’t become excessively hungry and overeat. Also, your body responds differently when you eat the same number of calories at different times of the day. Also remember -  The earlier you eat the better so don’t save your sugar for 10:00 p.m rather eat it sometime during the day.

#4. More muscle = better metabolism - One reason we all need to exercise is, as we age we lose muscle and the less muscle you have the slower your metabolism. Aging and muscle loss can lead to weight gain both by causing an increase in fat mass and decrease in how many calories your body burns at rest. Maintaining a regular exercise routine - Now when I say that I mean a workout routine that includes strength training that builds muscle. Now this can help you treat your body’s fat percentage down even as you age but remember not to overdo it. Even if you get 30 minutes of workout four to five days a week that’s great to keep up your metabolism. I personally enjoy food, I also enjoy a healthy lifestyle and I believe in maintaining balance which is what helps me stay energetic and achieve everything I want in a day.

Remember your metabolism will not change in a day. Most weight gain and weight loss happens gradually. Changes that you start making you need to be sustainable to make an impact which is why the lifestyle changes that I mentioned in today’s blog will be helpful because they are very easy to achieve. Instead of going on strict diets, on strict workout routines, not eating any carbs thé changes that I’m sharing are very easy to achieve like eating at regular intervals and when you workout focus on increasing your body’s strength and tone your body to become stronger instead of losing weight and consuming less calorie.

Etiquette isn’t something that just evaporated from society over time.
